Every filter we stock, with live stock counts from the shop floor. Prices include GST.
Collect it, or we’ll post it
- Free click and collect, usually within 30 minutes. Order online, we pick it off the shelf, you collect from the counter at 1/17 Southern Cross Drive. We email you the moment it is ready. Need it sooner? Call (02) 6686 4455 and we will have it waiting.
- Free delivery on orders over $100, for anything up to 3kg. Most filter orders that size go free.
- Otherwise Australia Post, priced by weight. $11.70 up to 500g, which covers most single filters. $16.00 to 1kg, $20.25 to 3kg, $24.45 to 5kg, $34.00 over that.
- Anything over 5kg, we’ll call you. Australia Post prices big parcels by destination and we can usually beat the flat rate.
- Orders leave same or next business day. Parcel Post is generally 2 to 6 business days, quicker into northern NSW and southern Queensland.
- Wrong part? Bring it back unopened and get the full amount back. No restocking fee, nothing to pay for postage. Posting it back works too, within 30 days.
